When something happens on a route a crew is about to travel, the first account comes from someone standing there, not from the wire. A real-time risk intelligence platform closes that gap for a global news agency. Vetric is what it sees with.

Vetric analyzed roughly 135 million TikTok videos across nine luxury houses and confirmed 4,904 counterfeit videos, 2.2 million views, and 150 organized operator networks — most of them invisible to the keyword-based monitoring brands rely on. The report reveals a counterfeit economy built as shared, industrial infrastructure rather than isolated sellers, and shows where its networks can be dismantled at the source.

Brand monitoring tools were built for text — keywords, hashtags, captions — but TikTok scammers exploit this blind spot by speaking phishing redirects aloud while keeping captions clean, leaving no trace for SIEM, DRP, or social listening tools to catch.
